Every computer science student at Harding University, his or her senior year, is required to take a class called Software Development, in which the entire life of the student is wasted slaving over Microsoft Visual Studio .NET trying to make an awesome, expansive 3-D board game without the benefit of knowing what he or she is doing. Because I am a Harding student, and because the syllogism is strictly enforced on campus, I took SoftDev. I was team leader, as well as responsible for music, graphics, and the game AI.
You can see some screenshots and download some of the MP3s, or download and play the whole install file. Please note that the game is HUGE and you will need a fairly recent graphics card for the game to run at a speed anywhere approaching acceptable.

Game Music
All the in-game music was composed and produced by me, and in case you'd just like to sample the tunes without downloading the full game, I've provided them here.
Full Download
Here you can download the full install file for The Great Train Race of Creeper Gulch. Be warned,
however, that the complete compressed file is 231 MB, and you need a good, fairly recent graphics
card for the game to work properly. Enjoy!

The Great Train Race of Creeper Gulch was produced by a team of five Harding students in fall of 2004 for their senior Capstone project. It won 2nd place overall, and the AI won the AI Superbowl by some miracle, winning every match.
